Happy Holidays

Well, my early new year's resolution is to update this blog more often.

It is now the day after Christmas, and boy did Santa do a job at our house. If anyone ever doubted RJ being spoiled, they can easily see this week, that he sure is! Santa visited him at his house and at Grandma and PaPa's house. Besides Santa, RJ got a lot of fun presents from friends and other family members.

Trevor didn't do too bad himself. After all, he is only 3 weeks old today. Santa brought him one toy for under the tree, and one in his stocking. He too was blessed with other presents from friends and family.

Our New Addition

We have welcomed into our family, Trevor Thibodeaux. He made his debut on Wednesday, December 5th at 2:17 a.m. RJ is a great help so far, and enjoys being the big brother.

Look what we did today!

We went and played in the rain today. RJ had so much fun. He was soaking wet by the time we came back inside the house.

This weekend

Well, RJ has been being spoiled by Robert and I being home this summer. Normally we work, but we decided to relax this summer, and I'm glad that we made that choice.

On Friday, we babysat the daughter of a friend of ours. She's a cutie. I could so tell that RJ is going to be a great big brother. He was very helpful.

On Saturday, we went to the Astros game. I wanted to go on Thursday to see Biggio hit 3000, but Robert convinced me to go on Saturday instead. Boy was I mad. Oh well.

RJ is a baseball fanatic. I've posted some pictures so that you can see how cute he is.

Anniversary

Today is our 5 year wedding anniversary!! WOOHOO!! We started off yesterday with sending RJ to Grandma and PaPa's house in Beaumont. The two of us have had a relaxing time here at the house.

I know that it's been a while since I've blogged. Things have been very hectic around here. We found out that we are expecting baby #2. He/She will be blessing us at Christmas time. We are very excited! Hope all is well with everyone else.

This weekend

Well, Robert went to Lake Charles to participate in a fraternity softball tournament. He had a blast! However, because of the heavy rain, the field was NASTY. His white shirt is now a shade of red clay (you know the kind they use on the fields). Also, because of the mud, they decided it would be fun to play barefoot. Because of this decision, he now believes that he has broken toes. His foot looks so gross. He's going to go to the doctor tomorrow. But if it is broken toes, there is nothing that they will be able to do. UGH!

On the other hand, we only have a 4 day work week this week due to Easter. I'm excited. RJ is going to have his picture taken with the Easter Bunny on Friday.

I'm feeling a lot better. For those of you who don't know, I had the chicken pox...again. I had them when I was five, but the last Sunday of Spring Break, I broke out with them again. Lucky me, part of the 5% of adults that get them again. So, I had a 2 week Spring Break!!!!
